DivaGlam Studio Policies Your appointments are very important to us at DivaGlam Studio! We recognize that schedules can change; therefore, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Please note that when appointments are forgotten or canceled without prior notice, we lose the opportunity to fill that time slot, resulting in lost services for clients on our waiting list. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount. • “No shows” will also be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. If you anticipate being late, please inform us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you without disrupting our schedule. Please note that clients will have a 15-minute grace period; after this time, the appointment will be considered a "no show." For clients with hair appointments, we kindly request that hair be washed and blow-dried prior to your visit. For safety reasons, children are not permitted in the studio unless they are receiving services. We prioritize the safety of all our guests, as our studio contains sharp tools, glass, hot styling equipment, and can often be busy. In the event that the artist or stylist with whom you booked your appointment is unavailable, another qualified staff member will perform your service. Rest assured, all our team members are talented and skilled. We kindly request that only those receiving services be present in the studio, or a parent/guardian if a minor is being serviced. Only service animals are permitted in the studio. At DivaGlam Studio, we are committed to providing every guest with the highest level of service possible.
